I went in to get my brakes checked and ended up needing all new rotors and break pads all the way around. It was going to cost way more then I could afford but was un safe to drive in that condition. The owner worked with me to atleast get it to where it was safe. The customer service was exceptional and they explain in detail what is wrong and all the steps and parts that are needed.
Second time I have used Chloe's Auto Repair and Tire. Both times I've had excellent service. I was bringing in my truck to check the brakes. After about 10 minutes, they showed me what needed to be done to the truck and let me know how much it would cost. I left my truck there and they said they would keep in touch to update me on the progress. Several times throughout the day, they did call and update. Got a call when the truck was done the same day. Very happy with the work and customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone.
