“I did a walk in for an alignment for my new tires or make an appointmentif needed. They took me right then. Everyone was very friendly n knowledgeable. The women at the front desk was so sweet she retrieved my purse out of my car for me on the hot 🔥 day.. I will definitely be going back to Chloe's Auto repair. 🙏”

“Super awesome shop they do it like no one else does! I’ve brought my suv and truck to them. They always take care of my vehicles unlike any other shop has. They take their time with the work which is worth the money not some in and out shop that may give me more problems than I started with. I plan on coming back anytime I have a car issues.”

“I had a major repair for an engine replacement on my BMW, they did an exceptional job replacing it and making me feel that it was just as much as there car as it was mine. Replacement went well and I’m back on the road ! Highly recommended this team !”

“We had a great experience with Chloe’s! Tim explained all the details of what was being worked on & Micky drove the shuttle to take my toddler & I home. And he also was the one to pick us up again when our car was ready. Micky went the extra mile by helping me get the car seat in & out of the courtesy shuttle for both car rides; which was a huge help. He even pointed out the local fire station nearby on the drive home so my son could catch a glimpse! Highly recommend!”

“I stopped by Chloe's for my annual emissions test. They were able to take my car immediately and had me in and out within about 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and attentive and they have a nice waiting room with complimentary snacks, coffee, and cold drinks. I will definitely return to Chloe's for future emissions tests, as well as for other automotive services.”

“I have a 2001 Cadillac Deville and I have been trying to get my AC working for quite some time. I’ve taken it to several different places. No one was able to figure the issue out, but Chloe‘s was able to diagnose the problem and immediately fix it. They are very professional and very precise. I would highly recommend Chloe.”

“I came to Chloe's Auto Shop for an oil change after a friend highly recommended them, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Tim created such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that it truly felt like home. He walked me through every step of the process and kept me updated throughout my visit, which gave me complete peace of mind. Brandon did an excellent job on my car, and I could tell it was in capable hands. While he worked, I was even able to get some studying done in the relaxing environment. Everyone I encountered was honest, kind, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Chloe's Auto Shop has earned my trust, and I won't be taking my car anywhere else. “Had 2 issues: front brakes were squealing and a bad ignition coil on cylinder 2 of my 2016 Corolla with 168k miles odometer. Customer service agent: Tim kindly and respectfully listened to my description of my issues. Dropped my car off at 8 AM had complete diagnostic results and cost of repairs for my approval by 10 AM. My Corolla was running and stopping like new and ready for me at 2 PM.”

“I was referred to you by a friend who has been taking her vehicle to get serviced and was very satisfied. It’s been a few years now that I have been getting my car serviced at the Woodwork location. Everyone is very helpful giving information and they check out the vehicle from top to bottom with a report on the outcome and if needed an estimate. There is no pressure just a suggestion. I suggested you also to a friend. Keep up the excellent work.”

“i’ve had no ac for a few months and in texas that is absolutely terrible. i came to chloe’s after already having it “fixed” because it still wasn’t working. and let me just say i am blessed to have my ac up and running again. and all my thanks goes out to mr.kevin for going through the struggles of my car to fix my ac. you did a fabulous job 👏🏼. and thank you to Tim as well for being so helpful and so kind throughout my experience. would definitely come again!”

“My husband and I always go to Chloe’s as a first choice from oil changes to repairs, minor and major. They are very good people, Professional, honest, and treat you with respect in a very nice office across the street from WalMart on Bells Ferry Rd. They do a fantastic job and with their communication, never try to push you into anything unnecessary. With their scan they share with you what work they consider urgent, or if it can wait. Wonderful place, know their stuff! And great people who care. Our place!👏”

“The whole staff was great and communicated everything with me transparently. They helped fix my issue and I never felt like I was talking to a sales person. The diagnostic report they did provided me so much information on my car and helped me figure out some parts need to be replaced soon and I would have never known it. “Absolutely IN COMPLETE LOVE! WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVERRRR! Front staff was amazing Devin I believe was his name sorry if I'm wrong I will update with names later, but they were so kind. The environment was clean and they even have a shuttle if u need to go. I was able to snag an amazing coupon and service both my vehicles, but my oil change has my car driving brand new”
