“Went in because my A/C had stopped blowing cool air. They were very kind and made sure all of my questions were answered. They offered a shuttle to take me home. When my car was fixed they picked me up. As soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted by the two at the front desk. My car was ready to go. It was clean it had been vacuum out where they had worked on. This is where I will go every time. I highly recommend them.”

“Chloe's was great to help salvage a lugnut situation on all our tires. It could have cost a lot more, but they took great pains to resolve, which saved us a lot of money. They also fixed a rear differential issue we weren't aware of. Would've given 5-star if the phone communication with status updates had been a tad bit better. With a 3-year warranty on the work, we could overlook that small issue.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I brought my 2025 Jeep Wrangler in for a full post-purchase inspection, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The inspection was incredibly thorough. They hooked the Jeep up to a diagnostic scanner, checked the fluids, inspected everything they could, and took photos throughout the process. Once they were finished, they emailed me a complete report with the scan results, inspection findings, and all of the photos, which gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Thankfully, my Jeep was in great shape, so there wasn't much that needed explaining. But based on how thorough they were and the time they took documenting everything, I'm confident they would walk customers through any issues they found. The price was only $115, which is an outstanding value considering the Jeep dealership quoted me well over $300 for a similar inspection. If you're buying a used vehicle—or even want peace of mind after you've already purchased one—I highly recommend bringing it here. The thoroughness, professionalism, and value were outstanding, and I'll definitely be back for future service.”

They both seemed to understand the strange electrical problems I was having and got someone to get right to the problem. That someone was a technician named Brandon who did an excellent job of finding the real problem and then coming up with a great solution. “This is the most amazing shop I have ever dealt with. AAA towed my car to get fix and the tow truck driver brought my car to shop across the street. For 22 hours my car was missing, we even had to do a police report. The owner of Chloe’s, Brian was amazing and went way above and beyond to helped me pass 11 PM. Tim, the store manager, went way above and beyond helping me with my repair and finding my car also. I will definitely use Chloe’s for the rest of my life before any other Shop!!!”

“We manage a fleet of company vehicles plus six family vehicles, so we're always dealing with maintenance and repairs. Over the years we've had good experiences, mediocre ones, and a few we'd rather forget. What's been missing is consistency — the kind of service worthy of a real recommendation. That changed with Chloe's. From our very first visit to our most recent, they've delivered the level of service everyone wants but rarely gets. From the first phone call to walking in the door, through our service advisor Tim, the whole team is eager, capable, and genuinely happy to help. On our most recent visit, I dropped off a Suburban with grinding brakes at 8:00am — no appointment, I just showed up. By 3:00pm it was ready, brakes fixed, plus a turn signal repair and oil change handled along the way. Tim always puts his best effort to minimize the time it takes. That being said, I recognize that effort is not Tim's alone and we thank Technicians like Josh who apply their time and talent to get the job done. Thank you Josh. That's what I call true service. Thank you all!”
