“Upfront, reasonable, and kind service all the way! From scheduling, check in, service process, questions, pickup, and payment, everything was super clear and every associate was a pleasure to deal with. I loved that I got to often speak with Jacob, he knew my issues and needs and made everything understandable and seamless. Their hours are very accommodating since I could drop off before 8am and pickup as late as 6pm. They will be my go-to for any of my vehicles and understood my Audi well!”

“Went to 4 different places to resolve different noises, left the place before chloe’s with major creeking front end noises. Felt helpless and I was finally referred to Chloe’s. Chloe’s identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Also recommended future issues to get resolved and to pay attention to. Quick service and was to the point. Thank you Chloe’s!!!”

“I noticed a screw in my tire this morning as I was leaving to go to work. I stopped by the tire shop on my way to work and had an awesome experience. The staff working there are very sweet and took the time to explain my options as well as provide provided exceptional customer service. They were able to fix my situation and get me back on the road so I could get to work in a timely manner. I definitely will be coming back for all of my future auto needs!”

“Overpriced battery replacement. Busy Saturday morning, dropped off and it was replaced rather quickly and I was all fixed. Who do you blame in the end for a battery costing that much? Looking at prices, I came to the conclusion that I can’t blame Chloe’s. Bottom line, I have always been impressed with Chloe’s. Thanks for the vent and vine.”

“I had a full day planned, but a tire issue threw everything off. Luckily, I broke down right across the street from Chloe’s Auto Repair and Tire and honestly, I couldn’t have ended up at a better place. The service was excellent from start to finish. They took great care of me and even provided a shuttle service back home while they worked on my car, ! I love my new top quality tires! Thanks to Tim and the rest of the Team for the great service and for getting me back on the road quickly! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Chloe’s to anyone who needs fast, reliable service!”

“I went to Chloe's based on a recommendation after recently not being satisfied at my dealership. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience at Chloe's. I spoke with Tim and explained the situation with my car. He listened. He made recommendations and we proceeded. I was kept updated every step of the way. “I recently took my wife's car to the Kennesaw location for an oil change and had a great customer experience I wanted to share. I was greeted from the moment I entered the business by Wyatt Davis who assured me that they would honor the flyer I received in the mail and went over in detail all that the vehicle would have serviced. The waiting area and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and neat. Wyatt introduced me to the GM, Mr. Tim who was very courteous and professional welcoming me to the Kennesaw area. The gentleman who brought the car to me went over all the things that was serviced on the vehicle. This location and the people I mentioned have impressed me and earned my future business.”

“Fantastic service from Tim and the team at Chloe’s Auto Repair. I had a check engine light and not only got that fixed but also went ahead and got some preventative maintenance done. Every step of the way it was explained very well and why they are looking into certain things, it makes you feel like your right there with them. I also wanted to shout out Kevin for diagnosing and fixing my truck. I know what I gave was not a lot to go on and my truck feels like new. I swear I can even smell a little bit of that new car smell. Thank y'all so much!”

They had very nice waiting rooms. and when the car was ready, I was informed the car was ready and a report was made on what my car needs or how my car is doing. Everyone was so friendly there and I feel that this is a true honest family ran business. I would recommend it to everyone needing automotive repair or diagnosis.”
