“Outstanding service. Somehow, I got a nail in my truck tire while pulling a trailer down 99. I pulled into the nearest gas station and saw this huge nail in my tire and PSI was dropping fast. I look for a tire shop on Google and this place was literally across the freeway. Pulled in and was in and out in 10 minutes. You guys saved the day cause we had one more job before wrapping our day up and we wouldn’t have done it without your speedy service. Thank y’all and God bless.”

“I am so glad I used the services of Chloe’s Auto Repair and Tire - Klein Spring! They were recommended to me by two friends and I wasn’t disappointed! Tim was excellent! He provided such excellent customer service. On day one I went in for a consultation and he walked me through all the processes and explained to me how the different things worked in my car and that was why the various services were being recommended! That makes such a difference so you understand what is happening and you see it’s not just someone trying to push something on you to make money. It also educates you on your vehicle and that knowledge will never leave you! I took my car back the next day to get the services recommended to me completed and it was done in excellent time! I would recommend Chloe’s Auto Repair to anyone needing work done on their car! I’m now a loyal customer! 5 stars!”

“I had a great experience with Chloe’s Auto Shop getting repairs done on my 1999 Dodge Ram. Tim was the person I communicated with throughout the process, and he did a great job walking me through each repair, explaining what needed to be done, and keeping me updated along the way. I really appreciated the communication and transparency. I also want to give a special shoutout to Anna, the technician who worked on my truck. She did an amazing job with the repairs, and I’m very happy with the quality of her work. My truck is running so much better, and I really appreciate the care she put into getting everything taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Chloe’s Auto Shop!”

“I had a tire blow out and was able to limp into Chloe's. They were closing and stayed after to help. Ordered two new tires and had them installed the next day. The technician, Kevin, did an outstanding job as I didn't have the lug nut key. So they helped me sort through that issue. Thank you and I will be back.”

“Stopped going to my existing shop after the first time I went here with these guys. My car is fully engine swapped, and they took care of the car to the specifications that it needed and with even better care than my mechanic and for a better price, like it was their own car. I should’ve went here for the whole journey of the car considering how well i was treated from staff members and the timeliness of the response and work. All of my future work will be here at this location. Especially if they offer aftermarket work from customer supplied parts.”

“UPDATE (See Original Post Below) Zach, the general manager, reached out and apologized for how the situation evolved. We were able to come to an agreement on how to move forward. I really appreciate him reaching out and giving us a chance to work this out. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Chloe’s. Hopefully we won’t need to see Zach for a while, but if my car needs anything, I know I can rely on him and the team to get it done confidently! Original Post: I wanted to support a local business in Paulding County, so I brought my vehicle to Chloe's to fix an engine rattle that only occurred when the AC was running. They diagnosed it as a bad engine mount, and I paid $700 for the replacement. When I drove off, the rattling was significantly worse than when I arrived. When I called back, instead of standing by their diagnostic, they threw out a list of other potential issues totaling another $1,400. On top of that, they quoted separate work with a 25% markup over standard retail parts pricing. Frustrated, I took the car to another repair shop for a second opinion. They claimed that Chloe's had installed a low-grade aftermarket engine mount, which caused the increased vibration. The new shop replaced it with an OEM part for $650, and the rattle was completely gone. I essentially threw away $700 at Chloe's for a botched repair. The only reason this is a 2-star review instead of 1 is that the front-desk customer service was pleasant, but the mechanical competence and diagnostic accuracy were completely lacking.”
