I'm new to the area and looked up local car repair places to take my vehicle for a specific issue. I needed help removing trapped water beneath my car floors (so random). Chloes did a great job assessing the problem and provided a quote before moving forward with project. They successfully completed the task with no issues.  Very fair price for the tedious job conducted by their technicians. They even kept the vehicle an extra day to insure every thing was right. Great staff with lots of experience and smooth operation. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their vehicle serviced or repaired.  Good honest mechanics are hard to find these days, especially in operations with the actual owner still behind the front desk. This is a good local business to support.

I appreciate the fact the owner, Deidre, takes her time out of an incredibly busy day to speak with the customers. Paul, service manager, is a stand up person and has always given me honest diagnosis and solutions.

Fast and friendly! They did a total inspection of the car which I wasn’t expecting but greatly appreciated! Plus it was the cheapest full synthetic oil change I’ve found in the Woodstock area! Will be back and will recommend to friends and family!

The tires on my new vehicle have been making excessive road noise for months.  The dealer wasn't able to find the problem despite regular service and tire rotation every 4 months on a service contract.  I noticed these 70,000 mi rated tires are nearly worn out at 41,000 mi with slight uneven inside wear so went to Chloe's to check out the alignment and get it fixed before replacing the tires.  Convenient appointment the same day after work so I didn't have to take time off.  The guys thoroughly went over the alignment, which they said was within factory specs, then they went on to check out other possible causes for the tire wear putting in a lot more time and effort than expected to rule out a mechanical problem.  In the end, their diagnosis is just a poor tire model with plenty of reviews that support that.  I was expecting to pay $60-100 for a full alignment, but all this investigation didn't cost me anything since the check was free.  I appreciate all the extra effort they put in to be sure all I really need to fix my horrible road noise is just tires as I thought.  The operation appears to be top knotch and as good if not better than the dealer and much more convenient, so I'll be taking my new cars there for any maintenance needs when the warrantee and service contracts run out.

I'm from Virginia and was visiting a family member in Woodstock.  On my drive down, I encountered the 28 miles of road repair in South Carolina.  At the end of it was a smooth section of blacktop that came to an abrupt end and my car went down several inches and made a horrible sound.  I was concerned it had damaged my front end so I took my car to Chloe's.  When I came in I was greeted by a very helpful young man who said they would take my car and put it on a rack to see if anything was loose or broken. I waited in the waiting area and it wasn't long before he came back told me that the car was fine but would probably need the strut replaced in about  6 .months.  They then checked all my fluids and tire pressure.  When I asked what I owed them, he replied "nothing, glad we were here to check it out".  What wonderful service!!  I wish we had this repair shop in Richmond!

Great experience .Went over things that I needed and deducted things I really don’t need considering I’m selling my car soon. I was estimated for my car to be ready at noon and it was not because the part had not come in we had plans and they were nice enough to deliver my car to my house free of charge . Also happy  to see the sign in the lobby that they support the  LGBTQ community and veterans

Had issues with my engine took to them they new exactly what was wrong and made me feel as ease about my problem, told me what i need to do. i would tell anyone having any kind of issues or just maintenance to use them.. They really know how to take care of customers you will feel like family working on your vehicle.

I usually have only gone to the dealership to get my car serviced. I decided to try this place after reading other reviews and seeing them as I often pass by. I am so glad I did ! Great service they got me in quickly and also provided transportation home. Friendly staff and  great location, Will definitely be back and highly recommend them.
