It was going to cost way more then I could afford but was un safe to drive in that condition. The owner worked with me to atleast get it to where it was safe. “My little car was acting very sluggish returning from an out of town trip. I thought I had smelled an odor and I was wary of making it all the way home. I have been going back & forth between other auto shops, but after reading so many positive reviews about Chloe's Auto, I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment with them, but when I started to leave my place, my car wouldn't even start. I called AAA, and when the tow truck driver got near Chloe's, he recognized it & reassured me that it is indeed an honest & upstanding establishment. That made me feel so much better. I went into the office truly expecting the worst. Tim said they would check everything, then gave me a ride home. He called me a little later saying they could find no leaks, everything looked good, all I needed was a new battery. I was unaware that my old battery was past due for replacement. When they picked me up & brought me back to the office, I expected to see a long list of many other issues that would need to be taken care of, as the other auto shops had always done. There were a couple of things that need to be done but is normal maintenance. They did alert me that a noise that I thought was one thing is actually something else. But there were no scare tactics like "oh you need to get this, this & this done immediately" (expensive repairs). I know this is a long review, but I'm just so pleased with the service and outcome of my experience with Chloe's Auto. I feel that I have finally found an honest business whom I can rely on in the future.”

“Second time I have used Chloe's Auto Repair and Tire. Both times I've had excellent service. I was bringing in my truck to check the brakes. After about 10 minutes, they showed me what needed to be done to the truck and let me know how much it would cost. I left my truck there and they said they would keep in touch to update me on the progress. Several times throughout the day, they did call and update. Got a call when the truck was done the same day. Very happy with the work and customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone.”
